Majority Leader DeLay's Scheme to Evade Soft Money Ban
http://www.democracy21.org/

Democracy 21 believes that Representative Delay’s soft money scheme violates the spirit, meaning and language of the new campaign finance law banning soft money. Democracy 21 also believes that the scheme violates the tax laws, as a blatant effort to misuse a tax-exempt charitable organization for DeLay’s political purposes.
