Apple admits excessive iPod hours

Apple Computer has said a report of labour conditions at its iPod plant in China found workers did more than 60 hours a week a third of the time.

Staff making the world's most popular MP3 player also worked more than six consecutive days 25% of the time.

Apple said the hours were "excessive" and said its supplier would now be enforcing a "normal" 60-hour week.

You obviously haven't been reading ALL of my posts.

I post news articles be It positive or negative on All computer or software manufactures.

It seems to me that some people on this forum are just to thin-skinned to accept negative criticism about their preferred poison.

I also don't think that everyone who posts negative news articles on Microsoft Is a Apple employee.

5. Heck 60 hours isn't any anything compared

to here in the US, I've worked for slave driving companies here that ask that out of employees and even more. Sure I got paid more than china but still 70-75 hours a week in a production plant is inhuman, sad part I was in a union doing this at one employer.
