"Down in New Orleans, they're still trying to rebuild, and still trying to raise the money to do it.

Over the weekend, in the Broadmoor neighborhood, they did it five bucks at a time. Five dollars bought you three tennis balls -- three chances to dunk a FEMA official into a tank of water that was a sight cleaner and safer than the water that swirled through New Orleans in 2005.

A nine-year-old boy who lost his toys in Katrina paid $5 for three balls, and dunked the FEMA guy on the first throw. The crowd ate it up.

This is one fine idea. Pitching prowess, fundraising and schadenfreude, all at three chances for five bucks.
