Time Then and Now
Courtesy of Bartcop. I recall thinking the same thing when I got my issue of Time, although the comparison with 1994 gives it extra punch.

Then (1994)

Now (2006)

2. I did too. About 10-12 years ago. Too right-wing for me anymore.
My Dad was surprised when I couldn't comment on a recent time article because he knew that I'd been a regular reader since I was a kid in the 1950-1960 era. But I told him that I'd realized that their articles were very slanted and I wanted a more objective view of the news.

Though I must admit, that's pretty hard to find. So I try to balance out by reading The Nation, Him Hightower's newsletter, Molly Ivins column and Newsweek.
