First, U.S. companies took their operations overseas. Then, they uprooted their call centers.

Now, an Oregon legislator has joined the outsourcing trend by hiring a company from India to help him craft a speech.

On globalization, of course.

State Sen. Frank Morse, R-Albany, delivered a speech on globalization to the Friends of the Albany Public Library that was put together by a company in Bangalore, India.
