Information Age Replaced by Attitude Age --Larry Arnstein
http://www.huffingtonpost.com/larry-arnstein/information-age-replaced-_b_46474.html

We've had a lot of ages on our planet, but now the Information Age has yielded to the Attitude Age, and it's about fuckin' time.

Some of the first to get on board were the Bushies. No new information has been accepted by them for years and years.

But I'm on the bandwagon now also.

For example, I only skim articles about Iraq, my attitude being there's no new information coming out of there I don't already know. Dick Cheney and I share this feeling, and so does everybody else.

Maybe somewhere there's somebody opening a newspaper or turning on the TV thinking, "Hmm! That's interesting. I'm going to change my thinking about Iraq."

Probably not.

This is partly due to pure ignorance and stupidity, partly to deeply held religious faith, and partly to sheer exhaustion.

So if you're sick of information, (and you might as well admit it) join the Attitude Age. It's less work, more fun, and if you don't understand that, fuggeddaboutit.

3. Good Point--
Maybe once the miasma which is the Bush identifying mark lifts, we can try it again.
