1. Corporatists buy enough votes from both parties to pass bills favorable to the corporate agenda with
bipartisan support.

It's not Repugs versus Dems that worry me, we're just a political side show to the main event, demise of our constitutional democracy and growth of a corporate state aka fascism.

Benito Mussolini said, "Fascism should more appropriately be called Corporatism because it is a merger of State and corporate power."

2. Kerry got money during the presidential campaign.

Compared to what he rose in totality, this is nothing.

BTW, what was Kennedy's motivation? Apparently, he does not figure in the list. Do they mean he sold out for $78,000 in 6 years?
I do not like their vote, but when USAToday says they are on the side of the people, there is something that is wrong.

4. What was Kennedy's motivation? I'd like to know.
Ted has been selling out the middle class.

First the pension bill, then his support for H1-B increases when we have unemployed programmers and engineers.

Did he sell us out again?

3. My man Sanders.
"It's not that money buys votes," said Sen. Bernie Sanders, I-Vt., the lone vote against the bill. "But you have a culture in which big money has significant influence. Big money gains you access, access gives you the time to influence people."
