Why not make the Subject the same as the article "Orange Code Terror Alert based on Fabricated Intelligence" and then provide a few paragraphs to give a flavor of what the article is about:

4. By the way

Does anyone know how to submit stories to Buzzflash? I would say this one is a candidate for their page. It needs more distribution. Especially since you can now be arrested in at least one airport for making a comment about the alert status or procedures.
