This is a website encouraging you to call your Senators / Congressperson to urge them to vote against FCC's ruling allowing further media consolidation.

It's a really easy website to use - just enter your ZIP code and it give you the phone numbers for your Senators / Congresperson. (You may need to enter your ZIP+4 but there's also a link to a US Post Office site that helps you with this.)

There's even a short suggested "script" provided so you can easily refer to the #s of the Senate and House bills in question.

It would also be a good idea to write down the phone number of your Senators / Congressperson so you can call them on future issues!

I called in and someone picked up right away - it was easy! Since Congress apparently feels threatened by the Internet, they don't seem to respond to emails very much - but that shouldn't stop us from harnessing the Internet to get a phone number to talk to them in the old-fashioned way they still prefer!
