http://online.wsj.com/article/SB123215398370892313.html?mod=googlenews_wsj#articleTabs%3DarticleWith more lies than you can count about the New Deal, the WSJ does the unexpected (NOT) and advocates bringing the corporate tax rate down to 0%. Where have I heard that before? Idiots!

In US corporations were actually interested in investing in themselves and the United States - but every dollar spent on corporate infrastructure and employees is a dollar not going up the nose of a thirty-something MBA and thus a "failure to maximize shareholder value"
As long as creative destruction is the prevailing business model in the United States nothing will pull us out of this,

4. If a lot of corporations are already offshore and paying little, if any, taxes, why bother? |
|

It is a blanket immunity philosophically, to head off the shovels and pitchforks acomin to seek justice on these corps that take, rule man, and then pay nothing in taxes, or little. Corps are gonna get with it or the boot. We can find local entrepreneurs to fill needs. Screw them. Banned. Find another junkie. Also, monolithic corps will fail, against leaner small upstarts. They are seeking advantage, to kill them in anticipation.
