So, are you willing to "be a patriot?" The quote (this is not a joke) is from FOX's Red Eye program during a conversation about a story that seemed to slip through the cracks last week: new, whole-body imaging technology that people must pass through at 19 airports allow airport officers to see through passengers' clothing. In other words, they see the passengers' nude body.

is that options for getting away from the blast are rather limited.

I hardly give a crap about "peep shows", but WTF is that type of imaging doing to your body? What type of high energy is damaging my cells? What about "malfunctions" - and it sure seems a time consuming "high tech" solution for fear.

I'm not ashamed of my body, and at least this machine isn't looking at what books I read or the like. My only concern would be the exposure to the waves of energy that allow the techs to see through the clothes. Do they know if there are any health risks through repeated exposure?
