GRAND RAPIDS -- ... "I've honestly never seen an aggressive approach work. Some people say it does, but I've never seen it," said Kenneth Duke, honored for his work helping disrupt the terrorist money supply in Iraq.

Duke, 43, recently received the Joint Civilian Service Commendation Award for his work with a joint civilian-military intelligence operation in Iraq. The award is the civilian equivalent to the military's Joint Service Commendation medal ...

In April 2008, he volunteered to go to Baghdad to work with a group of about 30 intelligence analysts.
