The GOP's New Foreign Policy: Undermine American Diplomacy
Eric Kleefeld | October 2, 2009, 2:04PM

... Sen. Jim DeMint (R-SC) is visiting Honduras in order to support the recent military coup ... which has been opposed by the Obama administration and all the surrounding countries in the region ...

Sen. Jim Inhofe (R-OK) will be going to the upcoming climate change conference in Copenhagen, ... to tell foreign officials there that the American government will not take any action ...

House Minority Whip Eric Cantor (R-VA) traveled to Israel, where he spoke out against President Obama's opposition to expanded settlements ...

Rep. Mark Kirk (R-IL) boasted in June that he told Chinese officials not to trust America's budget numbers ...

7. Lunatics might be a more accurate description:
DeMint thinks shutting down the opposition media while deporting the elected President at gunpoint is the height of constitutional process; Inhofe, a global warming denier, wants to monkey-wrench international efforts to protect the environment; Cantor is terrified that peace will break out in the Middle East; and Kirk is hoping the dollar will collapse and that Republicans will benefit

2. Democrats are sounding
more and more like Bush-Republicans every day.

Circle them wagons, bow to the master, engage in shameless, all-out hypocrisy.

I seem to recall quite a few Logan Act violations by a number of prominent Dems in the recent past.

Is it the goal of today's Democratic Party to make illegal every means of protest we used against Bush?

3. Huh? The article says nothing about the Logan Act: it simply points out that
the Republicans seem to have adopted a strategy of undermining the President

5. Take a gander here

Notice how closely the complaints from this article are mirrored by countless attacks on Democrats over the past few years.

I wonder, did we really win, if we become just like what we despise?

4. yeah, the lot of them -- both sides
have apparently lost their collective mind. What I hear coming out of DC these days -- these years -- is rambling psycho-babble that means not-so-much of anything.
