AND BY REMOVING THE WORST 5% OF DRs. YOU WOULD BE SAVING LIVES TOO! (MAYBE THAT'S WORTH MORE THAN THE MONEY SAVED, HUH???)
..by removing, I mean put them in administrative postitions where they can't hurt people. These guys aren't really doctors anyway, so why should they be allowed to pretend to be ... and jeopardize people's lives.

1. I'm not so sure we need people who failed at being doctors becoming administrators.

Too many opportunities to wreak havoc on the system that demoted you.

Let them do like the rest of us who get fired for incompetence: get another field of endeavor that you are good at.
