1. This stuff just seems like a non brainier for those living in a free country?
And by non brainier, it would mean not to experiment on people without their conscent.... But all we have to do is study the history of medicine and we discover the treatment of the poor, minorities, and enlisted persons as the prime targets for this type of abuse.
