In time of war
House Majority Leader Tom DeLay condemned House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi for calling President Bush “incompetent” in time of war, saying, “Her words are putting American lives at risk.”
Five years ago when our troops were facing an enemy in Kosovo, Tom Delay when on record questioning the competence of President Bill Clinton, stating emphatically that the president had committed American troops “unwisely” into a “Balkan quagmire.”
Hmmm.
This being an election year, some in the “liberal media” might try to label Tom DeLay a shameless and arrogant hypocrite.

2. The Constitution and the Bill of Rights do not have little
clauses at the end that say "except in time of war". They
are affirmative and say things like "shall not be infringed".

3. Tom Delay care?
Tom Delay does not care if he is labeled a hypocrite. He even might wear it as a badge of honor if called such by a liberal. To feel shame and guilt, one has to have a sense of moral character and Delay has none. All that Tom Delay demonstrates to the world at large is that he is a pathetic excuse for a human being.
