Limbaugh Has No Place on the Front Line
By Mike Farrell

<snip>

There's at least one American who has publicly praised, condoned, trivialized and joked about the abuse, torture, rape and possible murder of Iraqi prisoners. This American does not appear to be going through "a period of deep pain." This American has instead called the abuse "a brilliant maneuver" and compared it to a college fraternity prank: "This is no different than what happens at the Skull and Bones initiation," he said.

He excused the actions of our soldiers this way: "You know, these people are being fired at every day. I'm talking about people having a good time, these people, you ever heard of emotional release? You ever heard of need to blow some steam off?"

Who is this American so unlike "all Americans," as Powell described us? Rush Limbaugh, host of the nationally syndicated radio program, "The Rush Limbaugh Show."

2. This obscene pig made 300 million dollars by catering to
illiterates, skinheads and religious zealots, nothing will stop him, the more outraged we get, the more he will prosper. Its the American way, (sigh).

3. Not an accident or oversight. Bushistas want Arab opinion inflamed.

They are deliberately encouraging war between Christian and Islamic fundamentalists.

Dubya's "crusades" comment was no accident. Boykin's campaign is no accident. Broadcasting Limbaugh's filthy racist views to the Middle East is no accident. These bastards are trying to ensure constant and enduring hostilities to justify an unending US military presence. :grr:

4. Hmmm! Good insight!
It would be difficult indeed to think of ways to piss the Raabs off more than we already have, that's for sure!

5. me thinks you've hit the nail on the head...
there are factions--of which flush limpballs is lead spokesasshole--that are encouraging unrest in the middle east. It's a hell of alot easier to pillage and plunder if the victims are occupied with other issues. flush's entire career is built on mockery, bravado and arrogance.
