It's all Jesus' fault - local LTTE

There is a ltte in my local paper today, Beaumont Enterprise, that states:

"I wish that our people would quit bad-mouthing President Bush. As the old saying goes, 'He ain't running the show.'

Jesus is, and He is allowing these things to happen, hoping to wake up our people so that they can get ready for His return.

He doesn't wan any of us left behind when He returns to take His children home, so it behooves us to get ready for His return.

President Bush, or whoever is in office, whether a Republican or Democrat, wil continue to be led by our supreme king."


Me: Well that is surely an interesting (and a little looney) way of lookin at things....

All the saved will "rise to meet the Lord in the air." They say the 144,000 refers to a number of Jews who will convert to Christianity in the end times.

A lot depends on whether you're pre-, post- or a-millenial.
