Obama's Orphan Proposal: Repeal Bush Tax Cuts on Rich
U.S. incomes fell 15.2% in between 2007 and 2009, according to IRS data showed. Is it any wonder government debt is growing faster than the Pillsbury Dough Boy on a high-carb diet? Not only is income falling, the number of taxpayers is dropping, too.

Yet despite all this, one of President Obama's signature proposals to equalize the tax burden has all but disappeared from the radar. He talked about it in the 2008 campaign. It (presumably) helped get him elected. But whatever happened to the idea of repealing the Bush tax cuts for Americans earning $250,000 a year or more?

2. This person is just as nutty as the tea party.
He actually thinks Obama can get this passed after the tea baggers took us to the brink of default?

Crazy as a loon.

3. Even if Obama could get it passed he would hand it back to them like he did in December.
This is nothing but a ruse. Obama doesn't want to end the Bush tax cuts.

4. Yeah, right.
Say one thing, and then do the exact opposite. We know the routine.

5. It was Obama's CENTRAL campaign issue.
He said it in nearly every speech.
