World's press reflect Butler fallout

The reverberations from Lord Butler's criticisms of the intelligence Britain used to justify the war on Iraq are keenly felt in editorials around the world.
Many newspapers see the report's impact magnified by the release just days ago of the Senate Intelligence Committee's damning report in the US.
And few are ready to let Prime Minister Tony Blair off the hook, especially in Europe and the Middle East, where many editors swipe at the UK leader's "loss of standing".
