A Failed Presidency
As Republicans gather in New York City, the Bush campaign will undergo a drastic makeover, camouflaging gutter tactics with a veneer of moderation calculated to help the President win another four-year term. But the hard truth of this campaign is that George W. Bush, while attempting to impose an extremist right-wing agenda on this country and the world, has compiled a record of staggering failure.

1. Yes, "gutter tactics with a veneer of moderation". The hypocrisy is
pathetic. Now the slime throwers are getting ready to present their noble side. They are putting on their suit jackets and getting ready to meet and greet the heads-in-the-sand believers - the unquestioning believers in their vet hats along with the pearl necklaced ladies escorted by their suited and tied and polished shoe escorts - people blind to their old and stingy and predatory Republican loyalty that they cannot grope the winds and gusts of change for disaster. They sense there is something a little different about their neo-con leaders who are taking the world into the tar pit, but they go along with it out of unquestioning stuckness. I can't respect them any more than I can respect their slime leaders who have given pied piper a bad name.

In the meantime the lower rungs of the Falwell-Robertson-Bennet-Jones batallion are at home, but thrilled that that their great christian leader who they pray for is going to be crowned - again.

2. Hopefully little brother wont make it to the top
As the Bush wagon rolls on, we expect that they will try to keep it in the family, and little bro in Fla. will be ready to step right in for the formation of a dynasty. Heaven help us all.
