When I was posting the past few pieces on exploiting those who live in Jesusland I knew there would be plenty of Dems there who did not vote for President Smirky and did not ask to be exploited. It was all meant to be a joke, unless somebody took it seriously, in which case it was meant to be a serious road plan to blue state profits.
It's really great that the Jesusland states are so willing to work for near slave wages so that people in the blue states can reap huge profits from their manual labor. All of us here in the blue states encourage those in the Jesusland states to continue voting against their best interest, to instead vote for our blue state interests. The smarter Jesusland Republicans might be scratching their heads right now like a confused chimpanzee wondering why we vote Democrat: it's because we'll make money no matter what, we want the social freedoms that come with being in blue states. Really what it comes down to is that anybody dumb enough to think that Republican politicians are any more moral than Democrats are idiots.
Fiscal policy is the real game in American government. The Jesusland voters have fallen for the oldest trick in the "Trick the Populace" handbook. They Republican poor followed their false prophet Bush (who claims God talks to him), threw their hands in the air proclaiming His greatness, but didn't notice the shackles that were placed around their wrists as they did so. Their labor laws will be ransacked, their bank accounts will dwindle, the wealthy will run their lives in a relationship closely resembling that of master and slave. All through history the poor and middle class have fallen prey to the false prophets of the upper class that seek to use God as the shackles that keep workers in check. Congratulations are in order to those in Jesusland, I'll leave you with this reminder of the Jesusland slogan: "Work makes one free."
(If you prefer the original German in honor of Cincinatti with it's highly ethnically German populace, "Arbeit Macht Frei." )
