Dems' pick for DNC leader will draw new map for party

WASHINGTON — Democratic leaders have a wish list a mile long as they ponder a successor to Terry McAuliffe, chairman of the Democratic National Committee. The person they pick will be the first sign of where the party is headed after agonizing White House and Senate losses last month.
