from the Summit of the Americas - someone must have asked him about Paul O'Neil..and he said (I am paraphrasing) " ..well, we were just continuing the policies of the Clinton administration"...
so, folks, that's the spin now

7. So Bush lied during his campaign? |
|
I seem to remember Bush promising that he would have a different foreign policy from Clinton. I remember him criticizing Clinton for nation building. I also remember him promising not to have an "arrogant" foreign policy. Boy, I bet Bush's supporters are really mad now since he lied to them.

9. And Then The Babbeling Idiot |
|
And then the babbleing idiot went on by saying some bullshit about, (from memory) 'well, we were overflying, and side flying, and between flying and doing all sorts of stuff, so this was just usual' So what on earth could have been so usual about it? O'Neil said this was from the 1st Security Council meeting, not one at some time later when they had control fully in hand.
God dam it, this another treasonous act. This POS in the White house took this country to war for some purpose of his own that had absolutly nothing to do with his duty as President. Billions of taxpayers dollars have been spent, hundreds of young American lives have been lost, and prosecution of the war against our real enemys was set aside by this twerp. He should be charged with treason, tried, and hung, and that is comming from a guy who is generally against capital punishment.

10. and if he had listened to Clinton, they would have focused on OBL instead |

I listen to his screwed up answer too. Most of it didn't make much sense, and the rest was complete bullshit.

If His Chimperial Highness has been so fastidious in following the course set by his predessessor William Jefferson Clinton -- why did he choose to "take his advice" on Iraq and not his very urgent advice to go after Bin Laden, who he regarded as the number one threat to American security?
Isn't it odd that His Chimperial Highness went to extraordinary lengths to reverse everything Clinton did in office (including peace and prosperity), but heartily embraced his views on Iraq?
Yeah, right. Sounds plausible to me.
Translation: the last thing that His Chimperial Highness drags out to cover his sorry ass is blaming Clinton -- so you can bet they are really feeling the heat of getting caught in the public eye -- finally now at home as well as internationally.
What a cowardly, sneaky little creep this guy is!! He and his devotees love to crow about how brave he is, but he *never* has the guts to face the heat.
