Have your public libraries allowed "Free Speech Zones"?
I work at the Phoenix Public Library and our Library Advisory Board UNANIMOUSLY struck their establishment down--and Phoenix tends to be quite conservative. We still have the "Women in Black" every Thursday afternoon, directly to the side of the main entrance.

The American Library Association has denounced FSZs strongly.
