White House Is Discussing Scenarios on How to Use Windfall in Comming Year
Washington - The budget deficit is shrinking even more rapidly than previously projected and that's already sparking a debate within the White House over whether - or how - to spend the expected Windfall.
The deficit for the current fiscal year will be as much as $20 billion to $30 billion smaller than previously estimated, according to soon to be released projections from the administration and congressional budget officials.
Let's make a contest out of it. Guess the year .....
