RED INK REPUBLICANS
I want these words to sink in. You will probably see a lot of these sort of posts. Repetition works. There are lurkers here and they need to hear. Red Ink Republicans I use the term often. Simple ,undeniable, and effective.

2. Yep
fiscally conservative my ass! How anyone can bamboozle people into thinking it's ok to have the largest deficit in history and cut taxes for the rich, is beyond me. They think tax and spend is a bad thing to say? How is it better to spend money you don't have?

I can understand that the bushies are trying to start another depression because they want to be able to buy up the whole country. But I can't understand how so many people can think it is ok.

Cheap labor conservatives is another good one...

3. I like that one.
I like to interchange it with Credit Card Conservative, though. Every time they need more money they just raise their own credit limit. Put it that way and people can relate.

4. Beyond the red ink, debt, economic depression
and many other concepts that we understand, but apparently others don't, how do we impress those poor souls who think that God put George in place to do his work, that he really didn't?

8. every time you use the work "Republican," . . .
Edited on Thu Jul-31-03 01:11 AM by OneBlueSky
precede it with "red-ink" . . .

and every time you use the work "conservative", precede it with "cheap-labor" . . .

there are 30,000 of us . . . this is a widely read website . . . all we have to do is start using these terms, and watch them catch on . . . use them in your e-mails, in your letters to the editor, and in your letters to candidates and your elected officials . . .

we don't need a movement, or a website, or a plan of attack, or even a t-shirt . . . all we have to do is start using red-ink Repbulican and cheap-labor conservative . . . over and over again . . . all 30,000 of us . . . won't cost you a penny, and the extra time it takes to type two works won't eat into your coffee break . . .

it took them 20 years to make "tax-and-spend liberal" a household phrase . . . let's see what we can accomplish in six months with "red-ink Republicans" and "cheap-labor conservatives"!!! . . .

(edited for typo)
