I listened to all the cable news shows and it was small blip on the radar and it's GONE!

2. Seemed like a pretty weak argument for a criminal case |
|
Suspect walks through room. Taunter approaches and taunts with "Traitor" talk. Suspect shoves taunter out of way and continues. No bruises on taunter or any sign of physical injury. Incident not captured on video.
Case closed, dismissed.

7. A battery is an unwanted touching intended to do harm. |
|
No actual harm need result, assault is the anticipation of a battery. Sworn testimony from wittinesses would make the issue a question of fact for the jury. Most crime isn't video taped and juries convict all the time.
Now whether this particular battery is worthy of criminal prosecution is another matter.
