I am soliciting opinions about a Daschle comment RE: Terror Futures

He stated what now seems to be an obvious point to me: Wouldn't the terror future market actually promote a terror act?

It hadn't occurred to me earlier, but when Daschle mentioned it, it seems perfectly logical that a terror act could be engineered to raise funds for terror groups.

Certainly, its wonderful that Poinsy got whacked.

But who can explain to me why his actions as head of DARPA are not CRIMINAL?

new al Qaeda plans for 9/11-style attacks in the next few weeks

the feds planned to remove the marshalls from all the 9/11-style flights starting this week

Bush takes a month-long, pre-9/11-style vacation, starting this week
