Taking back the media idea

Just look at all those penis cure, vagina pad, and beer-swilling bikini wearing sexually provocative commercials, and try to tell me that the media is 'Family Friendly'.

I know this goes against the grain of Liberality, but we can use this as a sword to reform the media.

Start complaining long and loud about how the media is corrupting family values.

they don't do a lick of harm! Yes, we do need those pads and tampons because we bleed once a month, every year, and need something to staunch all that menstrual flow.

But when I was a kid, it made me very uncomfortable. As a kid.

Just imagine junior asking mommy: "Mommy, what's a tampon used for? What are penile pills used for?" How do mothers fight for their rights to restrict their children's knowledge about reality, with those commercials filling their little heads?

The key to begin taking back the media is to make the media become more honest about everything.

Thing is: These types of commercials are not something that could be defined as 'Family Friendly'. There is a war going on, a culture war. Munitions are being fired at the 'Liberal media' and the whole point of this fruitless thread was to point out a different angle for our counter-attack.
