1. No one
a) They don't believe in working in the system, which is pretty obvious. It's hard to be an anarchist and still believe that our current system of institutions and heirarchy are capable of positive change.
b) There's no heirarchy in their group or any organization which would lend itself to a committee or leader or anything else capable of speaking for the entire group such as would be required for an endorsement.

2. Delicious double-fudge and crispy wafers

Why would anyone here know what ELF endorses?

But to your 'question': I'm reasonably sure that ELF is not even an organization, per se, but just a name that people use to attach to autonomous actions.

"Minimum number of garden gnomes relocated to the forest since 1996 by France's Garden Gnome Liberation Front : 6,000"

French activists committed to freeing garden gnomes have struck again, removing 15 from gardens in Alsace.

Residents in Rosheim woke up to find their garden ornaments missing. They were later found hanging in trees by police.
