Poll question: If you could eliminate one wingnut talking head
Edited on Thu Mar-04-04 02:23 PM by 2dumb2beprez
who would it be? (And by eliminate, of course, I mean simply to snap your fingers and have them never been spawned.)

5. Obviously, Limbaugh...
Not because he's the nastiest, because he isn't.

Limbaugh, because he showed the rest of these whores exactly how much money there is in right-wing propaganda. He led the way.

8. Voted Pigboy but lately Neil Boortz.....
Boortz is trying for a Limbaugh power play or maybe trying to save his show which never has shit for ratings.

Yesterday he was really going off on Kerry and VN,basically said Kerry is a fraud, his wounds were a fraud, his service was a fraud,he left his unit after phony wounds, didn't throw away his medals, they were a roommates medals.

On and on,and...no mention of the phony Kerry/Fonda pic that he pimped on his show a couple of weeks ago as the real deal. Guess he'll just let that one lay, hoping his dope ass listeners never find out.

11. Where is all of the above?
This is a tough one. It was a toss up between Hannity and Coulter. Limbaugh would be up there if this was pre-drug revelations. He is now a joke and no one other then brainless ditto monkeys who are hopeless take him seriously.

but you know, I think it should be whoever has the largest audience.

Of course, tehy'll all just tune into # 2 on their list, though.

Dang that free speech. Can be a pain in the butt sometimes. *lol*

Short for CANDY ASS. I had little respect for Colmes and lost it all one night when FOX had him parroting the "Fair and Balanced" line of BS.

How the hell can you do it Alan? The paycheck must really be big...

That bitch pisses me off like no other. It's amazing that I can stomach Limbaugh & Hannity (I don't think they even believe the crap they spout sometimes), but the mere image of her makes my pulse quicken and face turn red. It's almost irrational how much I hate her.

29. David Brooks, Hands Down
He's the biggest LIAR out there, but he does it in such a sly way that you almost believe him.

He is in cahoots with the worst of the neo-cons but pretends to be a normal conservative.

He's everywhere, even on the most intelligent programming. I cannot understand why he is taken seriously and treated as an analyst rather than the spokesmodel for the neo-con, extremist, American hegemony, PNAC-blueprint-following Cheney/Wolfowitz/Kristol crony that he is.

And he has Little, Teeny, Girly Hands. Clearly he took the spokesmodel job to prop up his low self-esteem.

36. thank you!
I see his byline and my blood pressure goes up...because (as you say) he hides behind this slick veneer of neutrality and reason. His TV presense is damn good too...I have found myself once or twice wanting to agree with him until I snapped out of it.

I voted Coulter, because many years ago she and I worked in the same firm, and believe me, she is every bit as nasty as she seems.

if not for that, I'm with you about about that shyster brooks.

of Me the Press brought to you by N(othing) B(ut) C(rap)and its GE (we bring good wars to life) masters.

He's worse and more dangerous than the FAUX brigade because he's all over the various iterations of NBC (CNBC, MSNBC) and has a certain amount of gravitas and credibility with the non-FAUX sheeple.

35. The NPR and seemingly neutral pundits are the worst.
Mara Liarson, Juan Williams, and Neil Conant(?) come to mind.
The woman who takes over for Diane Rehm.
The Market Place crew.

Tim Russert and Chris Bury of Nightline.

These people appear balanced while filtering and misleading. Lacking follow-up questions. Allowing no-responsive answers. Following good answers with negativity, or asking insipidly stupid questions.

It's like their CIA or just trained plants making that extra $5000 a month for expected behaviour.

37. Tough Choice Between Hannity and Limbaugh
I think I'd have to go with Limbaugh because he's more cunning than Hannity. He peddles his conservative smut like the most profitable crack dealer peddles his rock.
