America does not want to live in fear...
Just as Roosevelt said almost 72 years ago, "the only thing we have to fear is fear itself". We are at that same crossroads once again. This time, we have a political Party and its leader telling us that we must live in fear, because we need the "strong leadership" of George W Bush to protect us. God help us all!

We do not need to live in fear. We have a strong military and intelligence force that is capable of protecting our nation. Otherwise, why would we spend so much money on defense?? The people of this country need to return to some type of normalcy. They do not need the "strong leadership" that George W Bush promises. That is not leadership at all - it is paranoia.

Just as Roosevelt did 72 years ago, the Democrats need to do again. We need to reject the fear of the Bush and the Republicans. There is no good to come for our country by following the fearmongerers. We will protect this nation with everything we have to offer. But, we will not ask the people of this great nation to sacrifice their freedom or peace of mind to satisfy a political agenda.

2. I'm gonna vote for George Bush...
because I'm skeeert! Bah. That crap turns more people off than they know!

And for those who ARE afraid, won't they turn to a bona fide hero like John Kerry?

Who would you want on your side when the $hit gets deep, Bush, or Kerry? Think of the two of them standing side by side...who is the alpha male? And then think of their respective records with regards to moral and physical courage. The comedians are already starting to make jokes about the Bushwhacker. Running on fear is a joke, and he is a joke.

Like so much of what the GOP has already tried, I look for the 'fear' adds to blow up in their faces! They will benefit John Kerry far more than they will Bush, IMHO!

4. Fear
the grand controlling mechanism used by charlatans and priests. Create a population of quivering imbeciles to worship at the thrown of paranoia and pay alms with glee.
