A lot of cuts are being made, in the name of "high medical costs"...

Mostly cuts in government spending, though the pattern can be seen everywhere else.

So when is somebody going to tackle the problem: High medical costs? Seems stupid to massage a symptom when the problem is still underneath trying to create more symptoms...
