Get ready for a new concept in talk radio: liberals. A new company, Air America Radio, said Wednesday it will go live March 31 in the nation's four largest markets, including the Bay Area, with an unprecedented left- leaning, round-the-clock talk radio network, featuring outspoken comedians Al Franken and Janeane Garofalo.

Air America, owned by New York's Progress Media, plans to crack a medium now dominated by conservatives like Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity and Michael Savage.

"We are going to put it to Bush," Franken said during a conference call with reporters. "Bush is going down in November, and then we're putting it to the rest of the right-wing media."

Conservatives doubt the effort will work. "They'll never last," said Savage, whose national show is based out of San Francisco's KNEW (910 AM). "It's a very tough job. It sounds easy, you can get up there and attack Bush, but it's a phenomenal demand that no one can understand unless they try it."

"If your line-up does not contain Mike Malloy I am afraid then you are only pandering to yourself and your egos.

Mike is the ONLY Talk Show host who has the knowledge, skill and experience to run a 3 hour Talk Show 5 days a week and have his audience on the edge of their seats all through the programme.

I used to get up at 4 am Finnish time just to listen to Mike on my internet connection using ieamerica.com. And there was not even one show where Mike was off target.

Ask anyone on Democraticunderground.com and you will get the straight answer about Mike Malloy.

Mike is the only person who brought back my faith in America - a faith that was destroyed by the "Bush Crime Family" as Mike puts it.

But then, it is likely that you cannot stomach Mike as Mike speaks the truth.

But then, I am not American, I an not white - so probably my views do not count!!"
