What happens if another country finds Bin Laden?

WIll that make Bush look foolish or will he claim credit regardless?Is this possible?If say Syria or some other country finds him is it expected by Bush to just hand him over to us & keep their mouths shut?

but as an "illegal combatant" for 911. Therefore they don't include that on the wanted list, that would mean he would be guaranteed some form of legal rights.
