Need help finding text of Public Law 105-235

Need help finding text of Public Law 105-235
This bit of legislation was done in 1998 and found Iraq to be in material breech of then existing UN resolutions...it is cited in the IWR.

I googled this under several strategies and get lots of references to P.L 105-235 but I can't seem to find the actual text.

If anyone can share a link I'd appreciate it.

P.L. 105-235 was signed in 1998...it was a finding that Iraq was not holding to obligations it had agreed to up to that time...

JDPriestly already beat me to it... :) And you're right - it's hard to find on Google. After several searches I could only find references to it as well.

4. How to find the law for all DUers

For future reference, I used the search feature on www.findlaw.com and found the reference right away.
This one of the web pages Findlaw referred me to:
