"September 11," the film, is on TRIO now (1:00 pm ET) |

I watched this film the other night, and it was nothing short of devastating. It is a much-critiqued film in which directors from around the world offer their short stories about September 11.
It's important to note that when the film producer, Alain Brigand, hired eleven directors to present their responses to that day, his only requirement was that each short film run exactly 11 minutes, 9 seconds. No ideological restrictions were placed upon the filmakers, which is why the film is equally uplifting and upsetting.
More than a few of the films made me cry; more than a few of the films made me angry.
Thought it might be of interest to DUers who get the TRIO channel.
