Catching Osama would give only a few days and a few points blip.

They can kill a few political enemies, suspend civil liberties (and start a civil war), and continue with their Nurnberg-style repuke rallies, but that won't be enough.

They'll have to keep the foreign bombings coming and pull the orange alert lever a few times. Then, they'll spend their hundred million bucks to try to smear Kerry into oblivion and hope it disillusions enough voters to keep the election close enough for their vote fraud machine to effect another coup.

It is my guess that Kerry will need to actually win about 70% of the popular vote in order to barely "officially" win due to the repuke fraud machine.

Following each presentation, speakers will move to a room on the second floor to dialogue on the topic that they have raised (with the exception of Riva Enteen who has a meeting Saturday, but will be in the Dialogue room 10:00 AM Sunday morning). The other presentations, film schedule, will be in the printed program or posted prominently in the lobby, resource room, and on the doors of rooms open to ticket-holders. The Law of Two Feet- if you are not learning or contributing- use your feet- applies to everyone. We will have one and a half hour meal breaks, and hope to encourage much dialogue and discussion.

18. I am beginning to think that this is where the bush* is dumb thing

hurts us. I think he is quite a few cards short of a full deck, but I think the bush* is too dumb thing allows him an out. Americans love an underdog, and a dumb underdog even more so. This allows bush* wiggleroom with a large part of the populace. It may also be one of the reasons none of the myriad of scandals to date has "stuck". Afterall the more complex the scandal, the harder it is to pin on the dumb guy.

A shift is in order to reframe bush* from the dumb guy to the man in charge. You don't have to defer to his genius or anything, but he must be seen as the one person responsible, like this;

bush*, as our first "MBA president" ought to have known better to run deficits of this size and potential duration.

A Yale/Harvard educated man should know that SOMEONE should be fired for the debacle that was 9/11. He got the best education money could buy, and he's still went to war in Iraq over 911 when he has admitted there is no connection between the two (insert gwb* quote about no iraq/911 connection here).

This will make it much easier for the public to accept the truth.
