Amend that to read: "..to do everything legally within my rights as a citizen of the United States of America(as pertains to such laws and constitutional guarantees which are present and binding as of March 4, 2004)."

See, we can't trust 'em not to change the definitions of "legal". I can tell you I'm willing to take lots of actions that the bastards would love to make illegal.

So if the amended language is acceptable, count me in.
