To all: Currently pending in Congress is a bill called the Employee Free Choice Act which seeks to level the playing field between workers and management by taking a few long-overdue steps. I truly hate to enumerate each step here at the risk of sounding like I'm "talking down" to people who already know all about the process, so if anyone has any questions whatsover, please reply and I'd be glad to describe why I firmly believe this change is absolutely crucial to the future of American workers.
