Has anyone purchased Richard Clarke's book yet? So far, our bookstore will not carry it. Please - I don't use Amazon or anyother online service. I was a victim of ID theft.

What's up with your bookstore? Are they anti-profit? If they're so partisan or so chickenshit that they will not carry a blockbuster bestseller why would anyone ever shop there?
Buy the book!
The attention has been paid to the portion about PRE 9/11, but the book is much more than that. The most important parts (imho) are the POST 9/11 actions and what we do now.
Clarke is a conservative hardliner and obviously a hawk - but he's smart, honest and truly committed to what he perceives as his duty to the safety of Americans. I feel like the book is not a "I'm disgusted tell-all" - It's a "Someone MUST listen - and these guys AREN'T"
He's still trying to do his job the best he can.

This is exactly what happened: Went over to the campus bookstore yesterday and asked about Against all Enemies. The info. person said that they weren't going to carry it because "political books just don't do well out here". I said, but "you carry Ann Coulter's books and several books against Clinton--including the one that says and I'm paraphrasing that Clinton was too involved in the Lewinskygate affair to stop 9/11 (from Regenery Press). I asked to see the manager. She said she wasn't sure that the bookstore was going to carry AAE until it was in paperback (!). Amazingly, this afternoon when I went over there on a break, they were putting up a display of Against All Enemies.
Our bookstore was privatized and the contract was awarded to Barnes & Noble. Anyway, I bought a copy of AAE.

7. Yes, and if we want more people to write the truth we need to vote with... |

our pocketbooks and buy these kinds of books.
I've bought Mike Moore's book, Clarke's, Clark's (2), Hightower, Conason, and many more.
We need to send a message: Telling the truth sells and liberalism sells.
If we want more coverage and press, we need to put up the money.
