"you asked it your way and I answered it my way." (Rummy on FOX)
This is why these bastards get away with so much. They have mastered the tactic of re-framing and defining issues that are thrown at them. In this case the questioner would not let Rummy get away with the tactic by pointing out what the original question was that Rummy was unresponsive to. Rummy merely said the he had answered the question the way he wanted to and the questioner had asked the question the way he wanted to and then Rummy ended the press conference. THE BASTARDS!! When is a journalist going to have the guts to say "Mr. Secretary that is simply an unacceptable answer to my question which you seem to be re-framing?" I sure hope the Dem spokespeople learn to fight this tactic effectively.

1. Someone asked Rummy a tough question on FAUX?
That is hard to believe.

2. I guess the big question for America right now
Is there a limit to the arrogance and hubris that the American people are willing to tolerate from a government that supposedly serves THEM?

Everytime I see Rummy, and his hand gestures, and his dismissive, condescending tone, I have to :puke:

3. Not the American people...
I think what we are seeing is the corporate body trying to get rid of an infection.

6. Rummy couldn't get out of there fast enough

He didn't want to take any chances that the reporter would persistently keep asking the questions he didn't want to answer.
