Fine. Make her stand while testifying.

2. Has the NSC advisor ever been ASKED?

It's not really a legal precendent unless there's a legal argument that has been applied before.

Just because my dog has never jumped up on her hind legs and licked last nights dinner from the dirty plates sitting in my sink doesn't mean there's a legal precedent preventing her from doing that. And I sort of wish she would do that.
