Heading off to Borders in a bit....Best Political Book?
I've already read Stupid White Men and Dude, Where's My Country by Michael Moore, along with Lying Liars by Franken.

I'm going to the bookstore in a bit, so what book should I buy? Hurry up cause I'm leaving soon.:D Thanks.

4. Krugman's book
I can't remember the title right now. It's awesome.

I doubt you'll find Clarke's book on the shelves.

7. The New Pearl Harbor
Edited on Tue Mar-30-04 08:07 PM by enough
by David Ray Griffin. Subtitle: Disturbing Questions about the Bush Administration and 9-11.

I'm reading it right now. It's a summary of all the various strands of evidence showing that the official story of 9-11 (before, during and after) doesn't add up. Pointing to complicity. Very well-written, easy to follow, and thoughtful.

Maybe not a book for people who are already stone experts on 9-11, but for everyone else, it really puts it all together.

American Dynasty is superb. It took me a while to read it though because I kept getting so angry I had to give myself a break now and then.
