Was Daryl IIsa realling balling like a baby? |
|
I saw part of a news cast last night of Daryl IIsa. I was on the phone,so I couldn't hear what was going on,but I do know he dropped out of the race. Was he crying because he just realized w/Arnold running he could no longer buy himslef into office? Isn't this just pathtetic? Or am I wrong, was he actually crying & if so, why?

1. He was actually crying... |
|
...which seems odd, because during his push for the recall, he kept insisting that this wasn't about any ambitions he might have for governor, but just about getting Davis out of office.
He wasn't being, oh, I don't know, disingenuous all this time, was he?

In my own little world, I wonder if the RNC pushed him to withdraw so he wouldn't take any votes from their boy wonder and he is resentful that he spent so much $$$$$ and then gets "asked" to leave for the 'good of the party, but that's just me . . .

10. I have it on good authority |
|
that that's EXACTLY what happened. Poetic justice, isn't it? RNC: "Darrell, YOU spend YOUR millions on the recall and, if it succeeds, WE will come in, take over, throw YOUR butt out of the race so we can support "Ahnold."
Ah, Republicans, they SO love to eat their own.

3. He was boohooing worse than Paul O'Neill at a Senate hearing |
|
It was pathetic. He had obviously been told by his higher-ups that he couldn't be a candidate due to the fact that he's...well, loathesome, but thanks anyway for paying for the recall.

12. The ultimate slap at Issa now would be |
|
if Loretta Sanchez gets elected governor. The right wing would be saying, "now look what you've done, Issa!"
If I lived out there, I'd support Sanchez.
