It wasn't just 16 words. It was those words in different contexts spoken by Cheney, Rice, Rumsfeld, Wolfowitz and the boy king--as the Post so eloquently points out--that is the reality. They want to tie it all up into a neat bow but at least we can refrain from helping them.
