would w tell the truth about 9-11 if he was "Loosened up" a bit? |
|
they keep calling psychological torture 'loosening up'. w refuses to talk, should he be loosened up, like he, the commander in chief has his troops do?
would he tell us why he was warned by a dozen countries about bin laden's impending attack and told no one, but instead went on a month long silent vacation?
surely his tongue could use a bit of that good ol' army loosening up.

And he would tell everything...

3. Speaking of that, what was Bush drinking at the Correspondents' |

Dinner the other night?
It looked just like what everyone else had in their wine glasses.

He's soft, and used to everybody pandering to him. Let him suffer a little.
On second thought, let him suffer A LOT. At least as much as the prisoners did.

4. it's extremely unlikely |

that he knows very much. I honestly don't think the man works more than about an hour or so per day. I would be willing to bet he was almost entirely out of the loop.

He only knows what Unkle Dick tells him... The new Dean book really goes into the Cheney-in-control aspect of this administration. At one point he even says, "If Cheney dies, Bush would become pResident!"

I don't think he'd be so casual about it if it were him up there on that box or if he had that scary woman with the cigarette coming at him.

13. He would regard serious questioning as torture. |
|
What elaborate steps were taken to ensure that his appearance before the 9/11 investigators would protect his sensitive nature? There's no need for morally repugnant treatment.
Just put him on TV, under oath, and ask questions. No advance copies of the questions. No coaching from the sidelines. And reporters not afraid for their jobs--who would ask tough questions & not let him get away with non-answers.
Or send him to London & let him do a special guest appearance on Commons Question Time. He'd unravel pretty quickly.

He would sell out the entire rest of the administration, his family, and his friends for the right amount of money.
You wouldn't have to torture him. Just open a briefcase...

15. true, they always sell out their friends |
|
they have no loyalty, just as soon as they are cornered, they turn on you. they want your votes, but then you're history.
but he got off too easy before the 9-11 commission, they should have at LEAST made him stand on a box with a hood on his head, holding electrodes for 3 straight days, then i bet he'd answer a few queries.
