2. no no no no no. You don't understand. |
|
This is Vietnam redux.
Repeat after me:
"There is light at the end of the tunnel."
"We cannot afford to lose"
"The 'terrorists' (communists) must not win."
Only after 55,000 american soldiers are killed and we are being run out of Iraq will congress "step up to the plate" and cut off funding.

3. The repugnants will spin the Dems no votes as |
|
"They voted against body armor, etc. But I agree the Dems need to show solidarity on this issue and hopefully a few on the other side of the aisle will show some moral backbone against the evil troika of Rummy, Wolfie and Cheney (he plays two roles- he is also Rasputin).

5. They're already doing that to Kerry on the $87 billion |
|
Which also means that Kerry has nothing to lose by another "no" vote, particularly if it's another bill that isn't paid for by rescinding some of the wealthiest's tax cuts, and doesn't itemize what it's for, and doesn't require Chimp to account for the funds.

Why does the Middle Class have to sacriice their children, husbands, duaghters to pay for a war that is making the Multi-Corps and the Military Industrial Complex wealthier?
Write to your Congress reps and tell them to say not the $25 Billion more for this miserable fiasco of Bushco!
