Of course, you have all the blame the "liberal" media types....

I am in no way justifying anything that we have seen in the pictures recently in the news. We went over there in part to free the Iraqi people from Sadaam who did these kinds of things and much worse to his own people. It bothers me though that the American's and coalition forces are always made out to be the bad guys. Of course much is being done by the Democrats for obvious political reasons. Where was the outrage in the media when the 4 American citizens were burned alive in their vehicles, dragged through the streets and hung on a bridge for all to see. After a few days, this story died. The mistreatment of the Iraqi detainees has been all that has been on the news for a week or more. As I understand it, the abuses took place last fall and were reported in the media then. The pictures were recently released by CBS News. Where was the outrage last fall???? Is there a connection between the release of the pictures now, as the presidential campaign heats up???? Another attempt by the liberal media to embarrass the Bush Administration????? I also find it very intersting that as worked up as the Democrats are trying to get the country over how terrible Bush is doing as president, that Kerry hasn't gained any ground in the polls. In fact, Bush has actually gained ground in most polls that I have seen. I in no way justify the actions seen in the pictures, but you have to wonder.

I agree remember Clinton Loathed the military and Kerry has done everything he can to cut our military. He has voted against any type of aid to the military. They will stoop to such lows to try to make this look like another Viet Nam. Think about it all you have to do is get the people(who most of us are from the Nam era) to get thinking about that war and then use that to influence our vote. This is not a viet Nam. If we were not fighting this war in the east we would be fighting it in the WEST ( Thats right here at home BABY) Forget the draft we would all be involved. I wish people would just quit falling for all this bull Crap and open their eyes and see things realistically. Instead of just believing every little thing that comes along think about it and look at it in different lights. THINK The word TERRORIST think about it that is who we are fighting. THe main words are END TERRORISM or everyone in your household gets drafted and your home is your bunker.

Of course, I pointed out to this moran that Clinton's cuts to the military budget just might have had something to do with the end of the Cold War.....

Are those pictures we have been seeing real or are they doctored photos made to look like we have been abusing prisoners? Seeing the news media has the only pictures did they doctor them up to make Bush look bad? We all know how most of the Media feels about Bush. If people can make counterfit money with a computer why not doctor pictures? Are these really prisoners, or people (news media people)made up to look like prisoners in order to discredit the United States? If you belive every thing you see and read I feel sorry for you. I agree with one of the previous posts that this is a stunt pulled by the liberal media to try to harm Bush in the Presidentila run. I also must state that after my son's mother was accepted to go full time status in the military after 5 years of being out of the military it just tells ME that they will take anyone into the Military. Talk about a Psycho. HEHEHEHE




Maybe 60 minutes should air pictures of persons being draged throw the streets untill thier bodies fell appart . Thats TORTURE !!!!!!

Ughhhh.... I can't wait to move to Stevens Point in August...... I need to get out of this Freeper-infested area!
